1. What services do I offer?
Confidential executive coaching to business leaders including: owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs and senior executives seeking to improve both their business success and quality of life.
2. What’s different about me as an executive coach?
I combine my own extensive business success with my love and natural gift of coaching.
I served as a senior executive in fast growing international companies working in the UK, US and Europe.
I established, grew and sold my own business to a multinational.
3. How qualified am I as a coach?
I have received many years of my own coaching and counseling providing insight into how positive change can be facilitated.
Awarded an Msc. in Executive coaching at Ashridge Business School, working with some of Europe’s top pyscologosists and executive coaches.
4. How does the coaching relationship start?
Following an open discussion to verify that coaching is suitable, a contract is agreed specifying the time, cost and duration of the coaching period.
Goals are co-developed based on your desires and to deliver the most impact.
5. How does the coaching relationship evolve?
The goals and progress are reviewed regularly in a one to one setting. Over a period of sessions, a trusting relationship is co-developed which forms the basis for self-reflection and development.
6. How can the coaching impact you?
The coaching can in part, open up your inner wisdom, develop intuitive and emotional intelligence increasing your clarity, capability and confidence. We may also identify unhelpful patterns that hold you back from making the progress you are seeking.
7. What benefits can you expect?
Achieving the goals often involves enabling you to spend more time doing what you would love to do professionally and personally. You also have the potential to make different life choices: for example to earn more and work less.
8. How long does coaching take to be effective?
Sessions are customized; typically range from 6 to 12 sessions, 1 to 2 hours in duration, weekly to bimonthly in frequency.
9. What do I require from you?
To have sincere intentions to self reflect and to be challenged in a trusting and supportive relationship over a number of sessions.
